This was drafted with the aim of clarifying the business and relational operations of members or participants in the product called "Engagement" by the company IEP, also known by the acronym IEP, reserves the right to revise this information at any time. IEP uses the term "Member" or "Engaged" to refer to any participant in its engagement product. To join the IEP company, every member agrees to pay a one-time non-refundable fee of $35 USD or 17,500 CFA francs. The member is responsible for their account by presenting the IEP marketing plan honestly and accurately. The member refrains from making disparaging remarks about the company's leaders. To develop their team, every member of the Engagement automatically becomes a leader and is responsible for the good and rapid development of their business team. They have the right to monitor all activities of affiliations (sponsorship) in their team (Network). The Engaged member has a single universal language: a smile. Since the Engagement of Foodailygroup is not a pyramid or Ponzi scheme, any member can succeed or achieve their goals before their sponsors (up-lines). Therefore, the member will do their best to promote their group (team).
The member is authorized to use means of promoting activities such as social networks, paper materials (flyers, brochures, invitation cards, posters, etc.), banners, banners, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, radio shows, etc. The use of these means must comply with all social and commercial policies related to the company's operation to avoid causing any loss. The company reserves the right to accept or reject a member's registration request. All memberships are duly paid. Every member is an independent promoter. They are neither an agent nor an employee of the IEP Structure. Every promoter of IEP activities (services) can only have one sponsor.
Every member is responsible for promoting the company's services for the harmonious and rapid development of their team.
However, it should be noted that all members must meet the conditions of affiliation (sponsorship) required or provided by the company to qualify for rewards according to the compensation plan.
A member cannot stand up and decide to re-register under a different sponsor's name than the first one.
Each member is asked, at the time of their subscription, to kindly provide information about their personality as requested on the registration page (or the membership form) on the IEP company website. Updating the email address, postal address, and mobile phone will greatly benefit the member with all the company updates.

The validation of any registration is confirmed and output through the presentation of a virtual office, a personal dashboard (back-office) for each member (each account).
Any loss caused by the incorrect entry of information by the member will be assumed by the member.
Every member is the primary guarantor of the security of their account (keeping their password and confidential information secret). Inform the leadership team immediately of any loss of account security.
It is prohibited to ask a already registered member to leave their team and register under you. Cross-sponsoring is strictly forbidden and can result in the immediate termination of the accounts of the members in question.
Members are responsible for promoting their businesses. They are responsible for all local and state taxes related to the conduct of their business that may promote their IEP activities. All fees related to the procedure initiated by third parties are borne by them.
Every member of the Social Engagement of the IEP company is required to scrupulously respect this agreement. Any member who engages in false, misleading, unfair marketing practices or makes fanciful promises will be subject to suspension, including the suspension of earnings or rewards. Any violation deserving a penalty will be reported to the individual by email, fax, or other rapid communication means and will then have 14 days to respond in writing (email). The date of imposition of the sanction in the absence of evidence clearing the guilty party will be decided by the company.
Suspended reward earnings will be deposited in the company's fund for humanitarian works.
